OUR EQUIPMENT
Canoe Rentals
We use 17-foot Grumman canoes with a load capacity of 750
pounds or 4 people. Note - Federal regulations allow a max of 3 people per canoe
only in Black Canyon. Each canoe has a bow seat and a stern seat with plenty of space in the center section for gear and/or children.
Kayak Rentals

Kayak's Sit ON Top "Scupper Pro". This is our most popular one
man kayak. We also offer two man Sit ON Top kayaks and two man Sit IN
kayaks.

Life Jackets
Lifejackets come in a variety of sizes. Children's life jackets are sized by weight: Under 30 pounds, 30 to 50 pounds, and 50 to 90 pounds. Each child is individually fitted with a life jacket - and wearing the jacket while on the river is required by law. We here at Jerkwater always suggest bringing your own child's life jacket. We do have jackets below 50 # ratinf so call in advance befor the trip 928.768.7753but most kids prefer their own and when they are comfortable we are happier also
